The Woodbridge Beer & Cider Festival returns in 2026 for its 4th year, firmly established as a Suffolk summer highlight. Launched in 2023 at Woodbridge Rugby Club grounds, it welcomed over 500 people to a sunny weekend of real ales, gin & rum bar, live music, open mic, and a rugby tournament—sparking instant demand for more.
It grew in 2024 to a full three-day event with expanded brews, family activities, and bigger crowds. The 2025 edition at picturesque Hatchley Barn proved a breakthrough: over 40 handpicked real ales and ciders poured more than 2,500 pints, with electric sets from The Remoras, Charlie Law, Bare Foot Soul, and Hot Cold Ground, a lively touch rugby tournament, and top local food like hog roasts, gyros, raclette, and plant-based options. Even a brief shower couldn't dampen the unbeatable vibes.
Now building on that success, the 2026 festival promises an even richer lineup—including exciting new breweries from the West and South West—alongside stellar live music, delicious vendors, all-ages fun, and the warm, community spirit of Woodbridge Rugby Club. Funds raised support the club while delivering unforgettable times. Beer lovers and casual revellers alike: save the date 5th - 6th June 2026, round up friends, and raise a glass to another cracker! Jenny and Tom are the heartbeat of the club. Feeding the masses with their fulfilling team teas after an intense rugby match, the breakfast bap of champions or their crowning glory that is the The Hog Roast Pig.
However, the festival can only start with their fabulous BBQ with burgers that will keep put a smile on your face!

The long established Mobile Pizza Co have a reputation for some of the best festival pizza's.
Having seen them at just about every local event, even tried to book them previously, finally we get to experience their offering.
But they are more than just Pizza, they will cater for Vegans, Vegetarians as well as meat lovers.

It has become a custom to have live music during the festival and we have a local favourite - Peter Hepworth gracing his presence on Friday night.
Mic on the Terrace is a must and kicking off an hour later than normal from 3pm. We are inviting as many of you as possible to enjoy your moment on the terrace and bring your vibe.
Charlie, will then be let loose on Saturday night to get the party started!
